Welcome to JustUsAI (the "App"), operated by JustUs Legal ("we," "us," or "our") from the State of Florida, USA. By accessing or using our App and website (justuslegalai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. AI Accuracy & User Responsibility

The App utilizes cloud infrastructure and automated application parameters to analyze text and generate documentation. You acknowledge that large language models can produce unexpected errors, historical inaccuracies, or logical mistakes.

You are completely and solely responsible for verifying all outputs, case facts, laws, and citations generated by the App before utilizing them in any legal environment, transaction, or court filing.

2. Accounts, Security & Admin Rights

• Security & Auth Tokens: You must provide a valid email address to secure your account. Authentication relies on backend verification loops to manage secure parameters.
• Usage Credits: AI activities spend allocated system computing credits. Once your metered credit balance reaches zero, backend actions will automatically pause until more credits are purchased or your allocation clears. Platform access limits are dynamically handled at an administrative level.
• Refund Policy: All card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because AI systems consume compute resources instantly during runtime execution, credit purchases are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Operations

We lay no claim to the documents, case details, or prompts you process through our service. System database tables, operational endpoints, dashboard metadata architectures, and visual interface assets remain the exclusive technical property of the platform providers.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use JustUsAI to:

• Engage in the unauthorized practice of law to deceptively represent clients without a valid local license.
• Generate malicious, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading legal claims.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit data structures inside our application backend admin panels.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustUs Legal and its technical hosting providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, or from decisions made based on calculations generated by the service. The platform is provided entirely on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis.

6. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Florida, USA**, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When updates occur, administrative notifications or date adjustments will reflect the revised execution tier. Continued use of the website or mobile client signifies acceptance of the revised layout.
